Power loss over 3K (Solved)

ok im going to try and explain this as best as possible, ok i have a 1990 ranger 2.9 and any time i go over half throttle over 3K the whole truck stops accelerating and sputters and hesitates. now if i keep it in the same gear and let off the throttle to about a third of the throttle it will start accelerating over 3K and wont hesitate. when i got the truck 3 months ago there was no hesitating and as soon as it got warmer it has been hesitating all the time

i did have a tps code and acs code but i just replaced those sensors without change. i have new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter, and new coil. also the fuel pump is new but is starting to make some loud whining that i havnt heard before but idk if that could be the cause or not. i have checked timing and its at 10 tdc and advancing like it should.

im thinking maybe map sensor malfunctioning or possible my fuel pressure. im going to try and check my fuel pressure tomorrow at work to see if its correct. i have thought about compression just havnt has a chance to check that yet either.

Update

well i think i figured out the solution to this problem, my fuel filler neck that goes to the gas tank the rubber was torn up and leaked fuel and i think it effected the evap system and everything. so the past week i taped it up and it worked like a brand new truck and didnt hesitate at all, so i got i new one and put it on and so far working great. so i believe this is my problem for good. will update in a few days if all is working good.

oh and on another note, i got a dynomax exhaust system and well i like it alot, sounds great. was easy to install with the bed out for sure since i did the fuel neck.

might want to clean the tank out. may have water in it.

well the guy i bought the truck from cleaned it out befor i bought it cause the pump wasnt working but he fixed it and then i bought it so i know its clean and has no water in it. also as soon as i taped the gas neck up the hesitation disappeared so water isnt the issue. today i drove it to work (about 8 miles to there and 8 back) without hesitation so i know the gas neck was the issue.
