power door question

i have a 1990 ranger with the power door panels but there is not any thing in the doors other then the window and the window track also the truck has not wire harness in it. i also have a 1990 ranger with manual doors i drive this truck everyday. so now you guys no what i have hear is my question. if i get power motors for the doors with the power door panels can i put them on my truck with out the power doors? if i do will the power work?

You either have a model with power Windows that was gutted and converted to crank, or vice versa, in either case you can bring it back to power Windows but clearly you will have to do some wiring and get the missing parts.
