Power Distribution Box.....

Trying to check the fuse that goes to the fuel pump relay. Can anyone inlightin me on where the power distribution box is in an 87 2.9?
 
it's a fusible link, there is no power distribution box on an 87.
 
lol... the freakin book says their is... A 30amp fuse that leads to the wire that goes into the pump relay. no wonder i cant find it. Fuseable link? does that mean just an inline fuse? or where is it? thanks alot holy!

The schematic says it is a blue rubber thing on the yellow wire going to the relay if it has power it is not bad
