possibly building an "M-350"

id like some insight on this idea i have and i know this is the place to go. i have an 89 f350 460bbf with the danna 60s front and rear. ever since i started tinkering with big toys ive wanted to build a mudding mustang. well the body is rotted off this 350, so i had the idea to take the body off shorten the frame and put a mustang body on it. what do yall think???

I had a similar idea. I was going to find a 4-door super duty, leave the bed, and put a B2 body on where the cab had been. Mustang's have been done to death.

Been done to death maybe but I don't see them running down the road everyday. Go for it. Just make it worth the pics, not a POS that doesn't deserve a title & tag!

yeah .......... go visit a mud pit sometime ...... always atleast 1 or 2 Mustang or camaro mudders ....... even seen a volkswagen beetle rock crawler.......

it was either a mustang, 57 hot pink caddy or a pinto. im just tired of this truck sitting around with the body rotting off. its a shame with that 460 n danna 60s only having 57k miles.

Put the 460 in a Mustang and sell the axles for the premium people pay for them to build the rest of the car.

The rest gets a slow boat ride to china for $200/ton.



I almost cry when I find one of those abandoned piles in a JY, a couple months ago I stumbled apoun a 4x4 1970ish Camaro.
