I've got a 93 ranger, 4 l v6, 4 x 4, manual. The fuse for the dash lights, running lights, and brake lights keeps popping. What do you think?

I would pull all of the bulbs on that circuit out that are fairly easy to get to, and also look the wiring over very closely at the light housings for any arcing, pinched wires, etc..
Sounds like a pinched hot wire going to ground. Could be a bad bulb socket. Whatever it is, you have a direct short somewhere. Good luck !!!

Pull the fuses, one at a time. The one that doesn't cause a blown fuse has the short in it. Direct short to ground is correct.
... OR ...
Alternately, pull all three fuses, place one in at a time to find which circuit has the short.

I bought the truck about 8 months ago. It's not completly stock, so I'm not sure what's running off this fuse. Guess I'll just trace the wires! Thanks everyone.
