poly cab bushing hardware

So I am soon going to be doing all my cab mounts and swapping in polyurethane ones(with no body lift) and was curious of all the hard ware I will need. I am going to definately cut out all the old and put in new!!! So after searching for days on the internet and other places I never got a real answer. So what all hardware will I need (bolts,washers,nuts,clips,etc.)???

I had to fabricate my own with 1/2" and 3/4" pipe and some BIG THICK unplated washers I got from fastenal

I don't remeber exactly what I sued offhand, but...

You can get the stock stuff from LMC truck but the prices are "abusive"

Im doing the same thing and making my hardware.
I have to get the cab to frame mounts off to do some repairing on them too.

Any idea how to get the old ones out? I am in the middle of a BL and bought replacement ones. My old ones are shot and one is gone!! I got all the bolts out but they wont budge. Getting frustrated!!

I made a puller...an exhaust pipe adapter, some washers and a 12mmx1.75 pitch threaded rod and 2 nuts.
Kinda rusty, pulled the sleeves right apart. only one came out intact enough to get some measurements though.
Be nice to know what they were but I still have a plan.
Got 4 of my frame to cab mounts fixed ... last 2 at the rear of the cab next

Here is how I did mine. I did add a 1" polly spacer to mine for a slight body lift.

Welded a large washer to a piece of pipe that fit in the bushings.

Here is the body lift puck on the sleave.

Here is the new body mount.

I then cut the sleave about 1/4"-3/8" short of all the bushings. So that once installed the bushings will compress to each other and the bolt will bottom out on the sleave

I ended up taking a sawzall to mine. Fitted a piece of tubing into the bushing. I hope it will be ok??

in some of the better kits you'll get all the washers you need... most of which are zinc coated. if you get a 2 -3" lift then you'll have all new hardware, though the bed bolts aren't torqs bit bolts.... well mine weren't anyways.
