Please help with codes

I have a 94 ford ranger. 4 cylinder. It has 250,000 miles. Recently it was running with a idle that had a bit of a gallop to it. so I tried to clean the iac valve. I also added fuel cleaner. the problem got worse. it wouldnt hold an idle. a mechanic worked on it but only turned up the idle. It started but needs a little gassing till it warms up.

Are these codes from an engine running or engine off test? If running, go back and get the engine off codes and post those (they'll need to be resolved first).
