There seems to be play in driveshaft.
Is it excessive?
Any ideas as to the source.

Thanks

Being 4WD there are a lot of tolerances that can add up and have movement. Was the truck in park? Neutral? Rear axle off the ground? Play in the u-joints?

in park just sitting in garage, u-joints feel solid

is it at the slip joint? you could try packing the splines w grease.

That looks about normal to me... I've seen much worse, particularly if there's a worn limited slip differential.

I second that normal. At least within the range of normal.

Appreciate that Sir…always good to get a second opinion

Concur...looks normal.
