pitman arms 2wd vs 4wd

I just lifted the front of my 93 2wd 2.3l with f150 coil and have bad camber issues I ordered the adjustable bushings 0 to 4 degrees. will they take out most of the camber? I was looking at is will a stock 4wd pitman arm drop enough to help with the steering? I looked at mine and it is flat iI saw a pic of the stock 4wd and it seems to have a 2-3 inch drop stock and my truck is lifted about that much. Any thoughts would help. I will get pics tomarrow

It will help, the 2wd arms are flatter then the 4wd version, but you'll want to keep your steering as parallel to the beams as possible so the smaller of the 2 available drop pitmans arms (4" and Extreme) may be a better fit depending on your situation.

I just lifted a 94 mazada 4x4 2" on the front and I got away with 2.5 degree camber bushings with no problem after starting our with 1.0 degree OEM. I will assume that the F-150 coil spring only gave you about 1.5"-2.0" of lift? So yeah 4 degrees should be fine. If you are looking for more height you can also take the top spring seat / hanger what ever you want too call it off of a 4x4 ranger and replace the one on your 2 wheeler just by popping a few rivets. this adds about 1/2" not much for a lought of work but it works.94 or older no drilling required I think. {measure rivet holes to comfirm}
