I am adding a 7.5 suspension lift and I was wondering what size pitman arm I will need to buy? I plan on doing a body lift also, will I need to buy a different one that's longer or will the one I buy for the suspension lift work?

How are you planning on adding a 7.5" lift? The biggest pitman arm made is the Skyjacker FA600 pitman arm.

7.5" How?

And yes, the Skyjacker is the biggest, and it doesn't even drop it enough for 5" of lift..

6 inch skyjacker coils? They'll probably only net you 4-5 inches of lift.

I would suggest not going any higher than 6" of suspension lift period. After that the steering becomes just plain scary.

The 6" Skyjacker kit plus 1.25" spacers will get you right about a true 6" lift if you have a Supercab Ranger or 4-door Explorer. The FA600 pitman arm will be required with this setup.

If you must go higher than that, a bodylift is the only practical choice without having to resort to a custom-built centerlink steering setup (unless you want to go the solid axle route, although this would be just as much (if not more) work than steering for the TTB).
