Pioneer CD player into 04 Ranger?

I took this aftermarket radio/cd player out of my 93 F150 and want to put it in my 04 Ranger base model. Its a Pioneer DEH-P3700MP. Anyone know what adaptor will work so I can plug it in? If there is no adaptor available is there a way I can cut and splice wires from harnesses to make it work?

you simply buy the harness that fits your ranger...

I would check Crutchfield on line and E-bay for an adapter before I cut any wires.
