Hey everyone, I was just wondering what the pinch bolt torque is on a 93 ranger? I can't find the information anywhere. Thank you. :icon_thumby:

Some where around 100-110ft/lbs IIRC. A couple of raps with a 1/2" impact is all I ever do at work. Its not that critical, just has to be tight enough to keep the ball joint from slopping around.

My book called for about 60 ft lbs (Ford Service Manual), though mine is a 2wd. I don't remember there being a different # listed for 4wd. I knew I was in the 2wd section and didn't particularly search around.

I just cleaned it as good as I could and stuck on a buuunch of blue locktite on it and figured it'd probably be set.

Mine is a rwd as well, I torqued it down to about 95ft lbs. I hope that wasn't too much...
