I have always been impressed by your builds but your contradicting yourself..............you say people answer with smart ass comments and in a couple of posts you do the same yourself with the fail pic.
I put the 302 in my truck with info from the people and tech on this site.there is a hell of a lot more information now than 5 years ago when I started mine.

I am referring to people who post tech questions and get "smart ass comments". I wasn't posting a tech question.

My initial post was received as if I was asking for help. I wasn't. Trying to point that out I guess my posts were taken wrong .

I believe pics are wonderful. Then, someone posts a dark, blurry image of what I need to see and it frustrates me. Pics can be enlightening, or a tease. When I post pics I try to do it as if I was trying to improve on the Haynes Manual. And, we all know how perfect THEY are!
But, a well written post can be just as informative. Its just a matter of being patient and sifting through all of the garble. That's why I use the subscription thingy. When I find a good one - I don't want to lose it. I have to remember, too, that what is garbage to me, just might give someone else a clue. (tryin' to be positive here!) We, also, need to remember that before our fingers start typing, there needs to be a logical connection between them --
-- and our brains!
Garbage in - garbage out!
Logic in - logic out!

Where is the best spot on this site to post a build thread? In the V8 section, or the "show off your truck" section?
I have lots of pics of my build, but I don't view the other sections of this site often.

Suggestions?
