I just did a 3" BL and 33's to my (up until then) stock 98 last week. I'll try to get a pic of it tomorrow.

if you are gonna wheel it go 97 or earlier, TTB flexes at least.

Here's a gen 2 ('93-'97 (?)) with 4" susp, 3" body and 33's. (It's technically a Mazda... aside from the grill/lights it's essentially identical though). The TTB Rangers are definitely alot more flexible than the newer torsion setups, so if you do plan to wheel it, the twin-beam would treat you well. I also think the twin beams ride alot nicer than the torsions, but the tires wear funny if you don't keep on top of the rotations and whatnot. There's alot more pictures on my CarDomain page in my sig than what I put here.

Here's the pic I promised (stoped raining long enough for me to snap one shot before my battery died). This is what you were looking for, 98+ with 3" BL and 33's. The lift was $120 + $50 for the manual shift extention, wheels were $350 used and tires were $760 out the door with lifetime bal/rot. So it cost me $1280 plus one weekend. The tires are 12.5 width, I had to remove the front mud flaps and in reality should cut about 2" out of the back of the fender. If I did it again I would probably go with 10.5 width tires, although the 12.5's make it look stout sticking out there.

buy my truck.......i have a classified for it...gen 3's are the best:-)

i got a ttb ranger, i am usuing that for a wheeling truck, i dont care if it flexes, i just missing having a go anywhere dd which i like for hunting and fishing, a body lift and 33s will be all it sees and i dont know if i like that look or not, yr doesnt matter i just havent decided if i want to deal with all the newer electronic bs of a 98+, i drive the 01 2wd now but miss 4x4 and the less electronic stuff, but my 91 has been retired for dd use and will be outfitted with a skyjacker 4in class 2 after funds see fit, along with some othe goodies
