I think i need new tires, but i may have to go a little bigger then i wanted, just for price reasons, does anyone have 33x12.5r15 tires on their 06+ with 3" of lift? I just want to make sure they don't look too big, and preferable 2wd. thanks!

well here's my 08 fx4 with torsion crank and shackels, with 265/70/17 terra grapplers that speck 32x11x17 and on a full turn almost on the locks if i hit a bump the outside tread block will clip a tiny bit on the inner fender/flare. its not enough to trim and it doesnt leave marks i just know its there. Im not gona think a 2wd is gona fit 33's with less than say 6 inches without some good trimming. i saw a pic on here of someone with 33x10.5's and they only rubbed alittle bit on a 4x4 with a t crank.

theres a guy i saw on RPS, 08 FX4 33x12.5 tires, just a t-bar crank, and they fit, then after he put in his BL he had a good couple inches of clearance. i have a BL now, swapping in explorer leafs and cranking my T-bars so i figure i'll have enough room. nice truck btw
