Photoshop Help

I am in need of some help Photoshoping an image into what I need. Whoever does what I need, I will pay for a years Premium Membership.

I need this image to have the following:

1. Pink Flames
2. Instead of "Fire" and "Fighter" I need it to say "Salem" (on top) "Women's Aux." on bottom.
3. I need a pink ribbon under it to say "Smokin' Hot Recipes"

I know this is a lot to ask, but I need it ASAP.

I just got in from a 5 hr drive home and I am getting my Ranger ready for a meet tomorrow, but I will try and get something done as soon as I can. We can work something out afterwards since I already have a premium membership.

Anyway to take the "Woman's" out of the bottom and just make it say "Auxiliary?
