First what the hell is the Tunesport Performance Module its like $50 ???? and i was wondering i got 2003 3.0 ranger is there any good performance chips i can put in it? iv heard most chips for anything thats not diesel dont really do anything and that module thing just ****s with your sensors.

The $50 modules and chips are crap. What you need is a handheld tuner like an SCT x-Cal. It will hold three custom programs that should be specifically written for your truck. A general rule is, if the seller doesn't ask for details about your truck, then it's not going to do much of anything, and may even hurt your performance or mileage.
