Passenger Side Thunk?

Alright, so I hit some ice and flipped my lovely 1990 Bronco 2 onto its passenger side in the snow. It dented my passenger side and blew out my door window, but the tow truck flipped me over and I drove it home, great truck....BUT now there's a thunk noise coming from my passenger side. Sounds like my rear axle. I haven't had time to look at it, but I think I may have just knocked it out of alignment. Can anyone here think of why else there would be a thunk noise coming from my truck? I can pull out dents and replace the window, front quarter panel and all that stuff easy, but I gotta admit that chasis stuff and axles are my weak point. Any help would be appreciated.

Jackstand the rear axle and have someone "drive" it while you (safely) inspect.
If PS wobbles, interchange the wheels/tires to see if rim is bent.
Axle shafts are not hard to replace.

You might try to describe the thunk better. Once per wheel revolution?

Yes, its once per wheel revelotion. Haven't had much of a chance to look at it yet, but its also sitting abit higher on the passenger side now. The tail pipe is good as far as I can tell.

Well, I jacked up the truckand drove it with the rear wheels off the ground. No noise.
I looked over the under side of my truck and everything seems to be where it needs to be. I haven't measured anything yet, but there's no sign of breakage on any part of the drive line and nothing appears to have shifted or broken loose.
BUT, when I drove it around the neighborhood that sound was there. It sounds like a ka-thunk that happens only when I lightly press on the gas pedal. If I accelerate like normal, then it disappears. It also sounds like its coming from either my transfer case or front axle.
Since it was my front passenger side tire that caught first and flipped me onto my side then maybe i jacked up a hub or something. Wish I has more time to look at this thing, but with my schedule its gonnabe tough.

ALSO, has anyone here ever pulled those rear windows out and resealed them? I would like to chop the top, but I don't really think I could get away with that here on Kodiak with all the rain.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
