Hey all,

Got a few of those what fits what questions regarding a '94 B2300 SE I just bought. It's by and large solid, but a bit rough around the edges and being new to the B-Series/Ranger scene, was hoping someone could clarify some of the interchangeability of parts for these trucks. Looking at cosmetic stuff right now.

It's a; 1994 B2300 SE, 2.3l, 5spd, 2WD.

I'm gonna be haunting the local bone yards this spring looking for a few things, and I'm sure I'll find more Fords than Mazdas, so what years for these items would be a straightforward swap, or need little work to make fit?

Bed. My right side wheel well is rotted out, the left not too far behind it. If I find one solid, what years fit? I could patch mine up, but I'm planning to r&r it to replace spring shackles, shocks and fuel filter (tank straps maybe?), so I might use that opportunity to put a better one on... I understand I'd have to get the taillights from the donor too, correct?

Front fenders. Do I have to swap the whole nose (lights/grille/etc)?

Headliner.

Door mirrors. Somewhere along the way, my truck has gotten a mismatched set...lol.

Thanks in advance!

B.

As far as the Mazda-fords are concerned all the exterior sheet metal is different that the Rangers. Front grill, lights, fenders will all need to be swapped if you want to use Ranger parts. Mostly the lights are different . Bed is the same except the body lines and of course the rear lights . They do not match up to the rangers.

Everything engine wise is the same as it has Ford Engine, trans, rear end, brakes ect..

Check Craigslist Auto parts Ranger. There was a guy in Stoughton parting one out.
