Parts fiche - why is this so difficult?

Ok has anyone managed to find an online parts fiche for the Ford Ranger or Mazda B series? Every OEM parts outlet shows the parts as a text list. I'm not sure of the part I need, though I can point it out on a diagram.

Motorcycle parts houses have this all figured out. Everything is on an image and easy to locate. Ditto for my farm tractor, and lawn mower.

So fess up. Where is a good fiche site? (other than having to waste gas or cab fare to my dealer, only when they are open)

Go to http://www.tascaparts.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=213668, find the area you're looking for and then below one of the parts, click "view parts diagram".

I use autozone.com, and I've heard rock auto gives you pictures too...

Ok the Tasca site has some diagrams but not everything. Also, the drive shaft listed for a '02 B4000 does not match mine (which has something like a CV boot near the front).

Autozone shows a picture of the individual part, but no parts diagrams to help determine what part you need.

There is not a parts diagram (aka fiche or microfiche).

Also the pictures they show with each item are stock images, and do not show the actual part for the given vehicle (and in the case of my drive shaft, it only shows a small portion of a generic drive shaft).

you're probably not gonna find what you are looking for.

best bet; find out what it is you need from a friend or someone that knows.
most everywhere shows stock photos.

I'm not looking for specific images of parts. Autozone has that (and are more or less the part for the vehicle).

I am looking for parts fiche which is a different thing than wanting exact images of individual parts.
