When I painted my wheels I left the silver lip. But now I want to paint it red to match the body. How would yall paint it? It's a really thin lip and I don't want to mask something that small off. Would touch-up paint do the trick? Cause it has a brush on it which would make it a lot easier.

i would think it should work just fine. just be patient so that it looks clean. and if you ever get a scuff, just fix the flaws with...umm...well...touch up paint lol

i think that will look really good when its done, post pics for sure. i also have a red truck with black wheels and thought about this. i thought if i did it i would mask the lip and the tire, spin the wheel and spray them so that it was an even coat. not sure how durable that would be,but just a thought of mine. idk?

Well the way you would pin stripe the wheel would be with a brush. Prop each one up still on the truck, spin the tire and apply paint. You'll be able to see where it needs more as you spin it.

try brush on caliper paint, its more durable than regular paint, my bro used it on his motorcycle wheels and it looks sweet
