I want to know if it is possible to paint the aluminum intake manifold besides powder coating it? If So what are the steps in doing So?

Yes it is possible.

What I would do is this.
1) Clean the part, sandblast if possible but not completely necessary.
2) Spray manifold with DuPont Etching Primer.
3) Let the primer set so it will be completely dry and allow time for the etching process to take place.
4) Spray on a good quality DuPont Paint, maybe a higher heat ranger type of paint.

If you sandblast it, wash it off/out with something before you paint it. I like brake cleaner because it dries fast. The very fine dust from sandblasting is hard to blow off. Also be prepared for it to get places you wouldn't think it could go.

I use Duplicolor engine paint, comes out looking really nice.

I used engine paint and it came fine!
