How much oil should I use in a new system, I replaced everything but the evaporator and the hoses since I flushed them. SHould I add all of this oil to the compressor?

Many compressors have the oil in them when purchased. Some don't. You need to know if there is already an oil charge in the system and how much (if any) is needed before adding any.
The oil is put into the A/C compressor to lubricate it during operation. I am not sure about the oil charge in a completely new system. An A/C shop could tell you.

I recall it's either 7 oz, or 10 oz, depending on your truck's configuration.

Add about half the oil to the compressor, then put the rest into the accumulator.

Not familiar with "ice132" oil... Is that PAG oil or Ester oil? (compatible?)

I'd give them a call (or email), I couldn't tell you if it changes the quantity of oil requirement or not (their video just shows them sticking it into an already operational system, so maybe not?)
