my truck set this code P0401. two days ago i took it to a shop and they replaced the egr vacuum regulator valve, truck ran fine until today. It idles rough only for a couple seconds first thing in the morning and when accelerating the truck stutters. When it's cold it happens in all gears, but as the engine warms up it will only do it in forth gear. My code reader also showed that the short and long term fuel trim on both banks are in the negative. What does this mean.
