P0340 and P1309

Ok ,Ive got a problem Id really like to get solved.2000 ranger 2x4 3.0.I had code p0340,camshaft position sensor.R&R sensor 2 times and realigned, code came back then replaced sensor and code went away.50 miles later code P1309 comes on.I know these are related codes.Engine runs fine.also R&R new sensor 2xs still P01309.Now ,engine was replaced prior to all this happening and had no codes at all.(spun brg.) New(used engine ran before installed)oil ,temp sensors were swapped from old engine. I hope somebody has an idea where to start.

alignment was done a total of 5 times between the 2 synchronizers
