over heat problem

i have a problem with mi 4.0 93,
if i drive in the higway is going overheat, but not in the city, i can drive 3 hours in the city and theres no problem, 10 min at 50 m/h then go to the red line
i have changed the radiator, the water pump, the fan clutch, the termostat, and the problem continous :icon_confused:

Is that your truck in the pic? and did it overheat before you put those lights in front of your grill. Might be just as simple as not getting the air needed to cool it down when your on the hwy. When your driving in town you might be going slow enough that your fan is keeping it cooler.
