I have an 89 Lincoln 302 with AOD in a 88 Ranger 4X2 in which the injectors where gummed up from sitting for a few years before we got it. Someone gave us an intake from a 87 Mustang HO in which it had injectors in it, soooo i pulled the injectors out and put them in the Lincoln 302 to get it running well it seems to run great but we keep getting O2 sensor codes in which the when tested show they are running rich, so my question is the injectors over fueling the system. Keep in mind that the Lincoln intake throttle body and computer is in this vehicle.

if the injectors are a higher # rating and the computer can not compensate for it, it is very possible that it is running rich
