:dunno: I have a 1988 ranger w/ 2.3, and s speed tans. the engine is overfueling bad! I can get the truck running but I have to move the distributor around to get the engine to run. once running it runs smooth but idles around 2 grand. l pulled the plugs out and the were all fuel fowled. anyone have any suggestions? :dunno:

here's a couple of things to look at..
1) power valve in the carb.
2) on the side of the carb there is an sylinoid (on the float bowl) see that its hooked up.
3) this one I just found out.. the EGR valve could cause flooding as well
Good luck
Tim
