Original Waag Sportster

I've been posting this on other forum sites and will let you all in on this as well. This thread is referring to the old Waag bar that has been out of production for several years now. In case anyone would like one, we have been talking to Waag about doing a group buy for us. Stipulations are we have to have 10 or more at $319 shipped to your doorstep. This is also prepaid but we are working on how to set all this up. As of right now i have 15 bars that could possibly get ordered but the more the merrier. This is just to let you all know and find out who is interested. After the first of the year I will set a deadline and have more information regarding payment. Any questions feel free to ask.

Wow. Another member here solely to try to make a buck on $50 bucks worth of materials. Damn thing covers about ONE FIFTH of the surface on the front end. That makes about as much sense as taking the sticker off a apple and using it as a condom.

If ya got something to say why don't you say it here instead of PM . And i'm not a sales man. I'm not the one even making these bars. Apparently you can't read either. I don't even come over to these forums much b/c of teenagers like you that think they know everything.

I would use it. I don't need or want full front end protection on my ranger. With it being lowered, I wouldn't be able to keep my hood and windshield from getting fuggered up anyway.


This is mainly what I've been trying to find lately, but I want it styled differently...

Im with you on the front end protection. I don't like any of the brush guards out there. Everybody that has the Waag bar love em and stand by them. You should check out Setina's website to see if they have anything you would like. They manufacture guards for the law enforcement agencies. They've got 3 or 4 different guards for Rangers.

Sorry, but there have been all sorts of companies creating "memberships" Just to through up a bunch of sales crap. Everything from bumpers to porn websites have popped up on this site and I am annoyed by it. I figured it was just another one since your member profile only had those posts about parts.

And about the PM, Sorry once again, it was a dick move on my part.

The deadline for ordering one will probably be set for February 1st or round that time. Give everyone a little time to get things together. I'm personally ordering 2 for myself and some others are ordering 1 as a backup. This may be the last group buy ever on these things so many people are trying to get in on it.

Just an update for those interested. Set a deadline for mid to end of February. You can start sending payments to Irma at Waag from now til then. Just be sure to send truck info and that it's for the original Sportster push bar with the payment.
