Opinions on MAXXIS tires

Does anyone have any experience with MAXXIS RAZR AT or RAZR MT tires? I like the Cooper Rugged Trek which is a hybrid between an all-terrain and mud-terrain and has a 60k mileage warranty. I could get a better deal on the MAXXIS tires, but the AT has a 50k warranty and the MT doesn't offer a mileage warranty.

So, why should I get or not get the MAXXIS tires?

We sold a lot of Cooper tires, not sure our suppliers could even get Maxxis. I never priced them out if they did.

I put 30k on a used set of Maxxis Big Horn tires on my Explorer but by that they were scalloped and lets just say I got all the good out of them... , but they were about 70%ish when I got them so with the abnormal wear and high noise (they were on a Jeep before and apparently the front suspension on my Explorer isn't much better... or at least now it's not) I call it a win...

I don't think I'd shy away from them, either are probably decent but I'd wait for more opinions...
