Since the last post got high quality responses, I have another issue, albeit relatively minor.
I changed the lower ball joints and upper control arms in August. I bled the brakes, and thought I had everything right. However, as I am driving, I hear a slight click as I go over bumps. I have narrowed that down to not having the nut as tight on the driver side as it needs to be. My real problem is when I turn the wheel all the way to either side. My truck literally shifts forward when I do this. It only happens at low speed (10mph and under). I also have a soft brake pedal now and when I press the brake hard at high speeds, My truck pulls to the right. Could these be related or is it just because I didn't get a few somethings done right when I changed the joints?

It sure sounds like something is loose in the front end.

I'd jack it up and check it over again, make sure there is no play in the ball joints and wheel bearings.

Im having a similar problem when i go over the speed bump coming out of my school at lunch i get that clunk/clicking sound as well, also theres a steep hill and then a turn coming out of my school and it only does what i would describe as shifting forward like the OP described this is a strange turn and i have to crank the wheel all the way as well, sounds like we have the same problem if you pinpoint it let me know never worked with axles at all so ill leave it to you.

Well.... look at your lower control arm bushings. My Korean ride had the exact same symptoms. As for the squishy brakes. That would be a different issue. Try bleeding them.

It sounds like your brakes still need to be bled some more. As far as the soft front end/clunks; Have you checked your shocks? My Ranger is having similar issues and I know for a fact I have a blown out shock on the front passenger side. Last time it acted that way, it was the front drivers side shock that was gone. I may very well be wrong, this may not be your issue. It never hurts to check.
