What are some of your guys favorite chunks of meat and how do u cook and prep them?

I like a Nice Rib Eye,
I put some garlic salt on it then put some ground up pepper on there as well, the i stab it with a fork all over to tenderize it and it also pokes some of the seasoning down inside, I cook it on our bbq we have mild heat and about 5-7 mins on each side depends how on i want to eat it

Rib Eye is good stuff. A London Broil cut of meat, cooked on the grill isn't familiar to some people, but it's great. Usually use Dale's Steak Sauce to baste it while cooking.

I like just about everything you can grill except seafood (sorry I'm allergic). My personal specality is a kabob with pretty much any piece of meat the cheaper cuts can be wrapped in bacon to add some flavor. Add some green and red bell peppers, some onion, mushroom, potatoes, pineapple and the the kicker....apple. While grilling brush on some italian dressing. For a dessert when in the kabob mood I cut up some apple, bananna and pineapple. Roll in some sugar and grill. Works out pretty well.

Dammit, now I'm hungry!

New york steak, crushed garlic, seasoned salt, carmelized onions and mushrooms.

Guess I'm stopping by the store on the way home.

ill eat anything thats cooked on the grill but i prefer my dads home made pulled pork. im talkin 10+ pounds of pork smoked for 15-18 hours with a side of good ol fashioned dutch oven potatoes.

I like porterhouse. Rare, so rare that when I cut in to it, it goes MOOOOO.....

i'm like totally jealous,we have a total outdoor burn ban, including the Q in my county.drought conditions, ist violation of outdoor watering=cutoff and $1000 fine.in better times i liked barbeque ribs, slow cooked until the meat falls off the bone served w/potatoe salad, tossed salad and homemade bread and butter.the Q is like the falcons,"there is always next year"

knock the horns off wipe his a$$ and lead him out here!

get the grill to nuke melt down heat (no gas grills please)
3/4 to 1" ribeye soaking in black oak(its made locally,if anybody wants some ill send it to them 3 bucks + shipping, this stuff rules!)on the counter till its room temp
throw it on the grill for 3 to 4 mins a side
a little rabbit food(salad) on the side........MMMMMMMMMMMMM STEAAAAAK!(in homer simpson voice)

A Chuck steak marinated in Adolph's for an hour, then grilled to med. rare. 'Course it would be hard to choose between that and venison breaded and fried in a hot skillet.

Any steak, I just put seasoned salt and pepper on it. Watkins has the best pepper.
My fav, I have a Weber and use real charcoal...got the fences to hold the charcoal around the sides, put a foil drip pan in the middle. Then take a whole turkey*, fill the cavity with fresh sage and some peeled garlic cloves, rub the outside with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Then put it on the grill breast side down, cover, add more charcoal about every half hour, takes about 4-5 hours. Mmmmm.....

*You can do the same with a chicken, it doesn't take as long to cook.

beef tri-tip nice and rare with just salt and pepper.i heard that cut isen't available all over the country, anybody not heard of it?
