So I have found a 91 with a 3.0 with the distributor, is it possible to use these in the newer trucks
 
Well id imagine youd need the ecu for the ignition system. Unless your truck already had a distributor. Im not positive though.

any more on this? can I just pull the dizzy and put the cam sensor in?
