Hey there all,

I've been using the site for a while now and thought I would join up.

I really enjoy the forums and info available here.

My Ranger is near the 200K mark and runs smooth (always has).

I just celebrated by installing new plugs, wires, and O2 sensors

(no more check engine light). I also did the heater blend door repair,

it's nice to have something other than the full heat/off option.

Q: how do you get your truck to go 1,000,000 miles?

A: fix it when it breaks

See 'ya round

cool, and awsome

i would replace the timing belt on the 2.3l if it already hasent been done, and that pinto(2.3) motor might just take you to a million so good luck

Yeah I hope to do that when it gets a little warmer. I had to replace the cylinder head on my daughter's Aveo when the timing belt broke. I've never found Ford's recommended interval for the 2.3L timing belt but I gotta figure it's way overdue by now. But to borrow an expression "if I'd known my truck was going to last this long I'd have taken better care of it."

See ya round
