Man I have not seen that in years. There used to be an option for a Russian fold out cruise missile on early Eurasia Rangers. That switch was for the guidance system to eliminate tailgaters. Problem was that while looking in the rearview most drivers could not hit the target, (have you been to a boat ramp lately?) and it had to be recalled by the factory for more R&D. As far as I know they never released it again. 
Now I think you can push it either to the Right or Left depending on your political affiliation.
