oil pressure gauge

I want to have an actual oil pressure gauge instead of one that just reads good or bad. I read on here that there is a way to make the stock gauge work by using a new sending unit and jumping a resistor on the instrument cluster. If so what sending unit do I need and what resistor do I need to jump.
