not a bolt on swap.
with that said, I did it. what it took to make it fit was get long 8mm bolts for the rear oil pan bolts, and drill out the rear two holes in the oil pan (take in the stock 6mm bolts and find the same length in 8mm, you only need two of them), take the front seal housing off of the newer engine and put it on the old engine, one of the holes won't line up right, put it up to the engine and just slot it to fit, I used a hack saw and just cut the slot...
the other thing is the channel in the rear main bearing cap needs to be filled, I used JB weld, but you could probably use Ultra Black silicone...
