would you guys say that mobile one 5w20 and a Bosch distance plus oil filter is a good combo for my 3.0 ranger.? i do 3,500 mile oil changes.:yahoo:

Sounds good to me... I use Rotella T and Motorcraft in my beast

i'm a fram and penzoil type of guy. 10w30 in the winter and 10w40 in the summer

It's spelled Mobil, not Mobile. You're wasting money changing it every 3500 miles. Even the cheapest conventional oil can go 5000 miles. With Mobil 1 you can probably change it every 7k.

I use the Purolater Pure One filter that has the rough grip on it cause it is easier to spin with my hands. I am going to switch to synthetic the next go round, probably 5w-30 Mobil One.

I use AMSOIL 5W20 full synthetic and do 7.5k with NAPA's platinum synthetic only filter. Next change I'm getting AMSOIL 5W20 25k/1 year signature series (>")> littile more expensive up front, but cheaper in the long run.

Mobil 1 High Mileage with a Motorcraft filter. I don't really trust other filters.

well changing the oil as much as do cant be bad i know it could go longer but sometimes i get bored and i make enough moneyto do a 50 dollar oil chnage every 3 k or so.
