How does the garage door opener work, i.e. can it be programmed to work with any generic door system?

Very shiney ohc!

I am too chicken to hack my headliner.. though I said the same about putting my headlights in the oven.. that was fun..

its really not as bad as you think but once you start theres no turning back.

What did the console cost you?

Not bad. I'm going to start looking for one. Did you get the compass and everything working?

@ mossyoak

I like it! im working on tearing the harness for mine apart now..

its outta a 97 explorer with tan interior.. so i had to do some painting like you did.:icon_thumby:

basically what is black on yours was tan on mine..

how did you figure bracket placement?

take the tabs that go through the bracket right. push those into your headliner where you would like your OHC to be mounted. be sure to push it hard to where it makes marks. then i put the bracket up there where i pushed the tabs in it and outlined it with a sharpie and then cut. i found it easier that way. and i did a small section at a time.

Nice install, but what the hell happened to that beautiful mossy oak stripe over the hood? That thing looked bad ass. Or am I missing something here?
