this one is weird. i havent looked into it just yet. but when im cruising down the road at anything over 45 in overdrive ill use the right turn signal and my rpms will rise 300 to 600 rpms everytime i use the right turn signal.

i looked under the dash and saw a grey colored wire loom sleeve. i know that color isnt stock and someone has gotten into the wiring of this truck. for some strange reason i almost cant wait to dig in.

just thought id share this.

What year and what vehicle?

Check the alternator. I have had issues with the tach needle bouncing in time to the turn signals, and it has always turned out to be a charging issue.

I had a 96 F150 with the 300 do the same thing. I changed the blinker can and it fixed it.

Dont ask why or how. I have no idea.

well turns out my left bulb was out. brake and turn in the same bulb.

didnt really get into the loom under the dash. i will get to it soon. ill be finishing my b2 here soon. tk5 rebuild, new spider gears, new clutch, new master slave. and rear brakes. poor thing got neglected for a while.
