offroad shops in the u.p of michigan

im looking to do a gear change in my 94 ranger in the spring. however i do not know the first thing about differentials. so, i was wondering if there were any good performance shops that could do this at a fair price, or if there was anyone that could help me out when the time comes. thank you in advance
