Got it! the chain broke along the first link but I can fix EASY no prob. BTW I love your napkin/tape to pad the keychain. very innovative.

Was it the goofy little ring that connects to the base? I had the same issue.Nothing some needle noses didn't fix.I didn't have any bubble wrap lol.Other than that goofy ass ring what ya think?
