Off road bumpers

OK I know someone with an 01 f150 that is looking for a front off road bumper. What he is looking for is a bumper with a winch, a place for an auxiliary battery, and some storage space for chain's and such. Where would be a good place to look? Or is this something that he will need to have made?

I see AOR makes a full size truck bumper up to 98... looks pretty cool. To bad cause the guy just does good work... my ranger bumpers are rock solid.

If he has to go the custom route... I would talk to AOR and see if they will do it... I'm certain he would be happy with the quality.... maybe not so much with what it may cost.

I believe the requirement for battery and chain stowage probably requires the DIY method. Sounds like a cool bumper idea. Might want to upgrade front springs due to the added weight.

It is torsion bar suspension so it would have to be cranked up

I am sure there are different torsion bars if you want stiffer ones.

Yeah, the battery and chain storage is going to force the custom build/DIY route. I don’t think I’ve seen a prefab one with those options.
