Hey guys,

I'm toying around with the idea of e fan swapping my 96 2.3 and I'm wondering what other year Ford cars/trucks (if any) have an e fan setup that would be appropriately sized for, and relatively simple to install into, my truck.

I am not looking for opinions on benefits/drawbacks of the e fan, I've read the debates of electrical load etc. I really just want to know where I could find an appropriately sized fan that I could somehow wire up to run automatically by temperature as a factory e fan setup would. What is a complete list ofd parts I would need, what cars would they come off, etc.

Any thoughts? I've heard some Tauruses had fans that work. I do not have AC to worry about.

I know nothing... But, take a look at the mid-late 90's T-bird fans. They are good enough for a 4.6 V8, pulling a ton of air, and are not priced through the roof. Check the river, and you can get one to your door for less than a c-note(maybe, that was a while ago). Controls are your deal, but you may check later model rangers that had electric fans for ideas. I know nothing...
