I have noticed lately that Rangers for sale on eBay and other places, same year, same equipment etc... have 6 digit odometers (155,000 ex.). Mine has a 5 digit. Is this normal??

Just curious :icon_confused:

Yeah they made the switch sometime in '94 in also has to do with geographics cause in 94 new york required 6 digit odometers while it was required nationwide until '95. Hope this answers your question.

Agreed; production-wide conversion from 5-digit to 6-digit odometers occurred during the 1994 MY run. Exceptions prior to that, were New York market vehicles, and service/repair speedometer heads. Canadian models, I believe, were 6-digit all along because of the kilometer versus miles issue.
