Odd electrical problem take 2

This is update to my previous post with more specific info. When I crank my truck on cold morning the locks will lock all by themseleves which is not supposed to happen. I got locked out of my truck one morning when I cranked to let warm up while I scrapped my wifes windshield.

This may sound stupid but are you accidentally squeezing your clicker when you turn your key. Friend of mine occasionally hits the panic button when he starts his (not a rbv).

No doesnt sound stupid at all I'll take note next time I crank up but I dont believe so as it only happens on cold mornings.

try another key just to see your chip in the key your using could of gone bad just a thought
