Obscure Wiring Diagrams...

While trying to help another member figure out a wiring problem I went to the on-line manual as a last resort. The diagrams on TRS are helpful but I think if we could import some of the ones on the manual site it would really enhance the knowledge base.

For example...the Haynes manual does not have a diagram for the 1988 2.0 engine and that was one in particular that I needed to figure out a where one wire went. The on-line manual had that and way....WAAAAAAY more...some that might be helpful some day...such as a few variations of wiring diagrams particularly for California and GVW exceeded vehicles...

This is probably not needed by the average Joe Ranger owner (good name for a user) but in some rare cases it would save hours of hunting...and coming up empty or having to shell out hundreds of dollars for manuals...

Anyway...to find them...go to the on-line manual...select the Ford Ranger 1988 2.0 and check out the wiring diagrams...

Jim...if you find any on there that we don't have...like the 2.0 specifically...I'm sure these could be uploaded...

OooooKAY...

Sorry...I just visited the Electrical Diagrams on TRS and...wow...I must say I haven't been there for a while and it has been greatly improved and updated to include way...WAAAAAAY more than we had on here before...

Not only that...but there is also a handy link to the on-line manual as well as a recommendation for searching that site if you can't find what is needed on TRS...

Good job...no...excellent job...

The 2.0 wiring diagram wasn't on TRS but I'm sure anyone intent on finding the one I found will find it...
