now that's a bit of a stretch...

Very great work.

But you don't need anyone to tell you that.

thanks,guys.

the wife was very happy...she's been bragging about it to everyone.i still have some significant interior work to do(especially the center console-it really bugs me)but all will get done as time allows.

and the dog has decided the sunroof was put in for her own personal enjoyment.back feet on the console, and half of her hanging out over the top.tounge flapping in the wind.

Wat. i saw one of those crew cab+ extended cab f350's in walmart around here 2 weeks ago, was pretty cool. but that, that's just ridiculous. must be impossible to park

i like the different wheels too.

i know there has to be something wrong with me for sure now.....

i actually would drive that.:icon_surprised::icon_surprised:

cummins and a front drive axle would be in the plan of course:D

Hey, didn't gwaii build one of those back at the beginning of this thread?

No, he didn't, That thing looks like its mother drank schnapps all through the pregnancy.

The front has to be an Astro van. It also has 5-lug wheels. The rear wheel is directional, and on the wrong side. And it was a shitload of work--to get wrong. I'm a trained yacht designer and there are so many things wrong with the way that looks, I'm really upset by it. If someone with a D9 nearby would crush it, humanity might have a chance.

We were one coat hanger abortion away from beauty here.

I don't mind the wheels as much as you guys. Maybe adapters and new wheels are in it's future? If he went to the trouble of painting it (or are they just similar colors), surely he can convert the rest later.

I personally don't like the look of the rear window, and I have no use for it, but if he has the parts and the necessity for such a vehicle, and as long as it's safe and road worthy, who am I to judge the truck he drives?

Sure, it'll be like driving a LWB school bus, but...*shrugs*... Tom's is still better built.

the design isn't exactly to my taste either, but the builder may have had only so much to work with.

i'm sure it serves the purpose it was built for.
