alright, bought this one for a buddy of mine, we did 4" susp, 3" body and 35's its a v6 5spd truck and with factory gears has no problems spinnin them tires. oh ya, this was another cheapy, boguht it bone stock for 400, he has MAYBE 1500 into the truck at this point, but that ioncludes replacing the brakes and booster, and cooling system and other various parts

gotta hate IFS but nice score I love lil toyota trucks. They rust away b4 they quit running normally.

The IFS really isnt all that bad---it will take a hell of a beating. But mines getting axed this summer for a 'yota axle swap.

then you weld a cage on and rap it in tin to keep some of the mud off then rock it somore..:headbang:

Its sturdy indeed but lack of flex is what I was getting at. Just use my method with the ttb..... hit the gas and think later lol.

actually for what it is, when u remove the bump stops the ifs on the yota wont flex too badly
 
btw, what lift ya got and tires under that thing

No lift, no t-bar crank, just trimmed fenders and 33x13.50 LTB's. Tires hit the body mount.

My t-bar adjusters are seized up so I can't really do much right now. Going to run it this way until I get the SAS on.

That's exactly what I think--skinny pedal goes to the floor for a reason.
