Not the Usual Clunk

I've read numerous things about the clunk when accelerating or slowing down. The clunk I have is going from a level and making a turn uphill or downhill. It only does it when I get body flex. It feels like its in the rear end. Possible the suspension? Hard starts and stops won't awaken the beast. Any ideas before I go to the shop and get raped?

Additionally, its not a single clunk. It feels like a series of three or four clunks. When making hard left or right turns on a level surface, I don't hear it. Only on an incline / decline.

look at the rear body mounts and make sure the bed bolts are tight

Yup, My body mounts were loose and had the same symptoms as you.
